We had to make a choice between farm and progression raids. For progression raids we will have to pick certain players based on class and performance, for farm raids we can be more relaxed and give more of you an opportunity to raid if you do not currently meet the progression benchmarks. Our ultimate aim is to take everyone with us for progression raids, but we have to make a viable raid too in the short term with limited frustration of wiping needlessly due to undergearing, or any issues relating to performance.

The benchmarks we set for progression raiding will be as fair and realistic as we can make them without jeopardising our chances of efficient progress. Our main source of information will be our raid logs and comparisons between our raiders and other similarly geared players of the same class and spec. If you are left out of a progression raid, please see this as nothing final, be motivated to make improvements.

Raids will be clearly marked on the in game calendar as farm or progress to help you all plan your attendance. Signing up is an expression from you that you want to attend. We are mindful that we have a wonderful mix of people here and all want different things at times. We will find a way to balance this so that everyone feels welcome and their individual desires from the game are met.

So, the benchmarks will be as follows. Please bear in mind this may change but we need to start somewhere.

Farm raid benchmarks: Everyone is welcome unless there is some major issue causing them to bring the raid down.

Progress raid benchmarks: For heroic raiding we will be taking a serious look at anyone who is not consistently hitting the 30-40% percentile for their class and spec. If no obvious reason can be found after some assistance then you will need to improve before you can join progress raid nights. For Mythic raiding, as above with the benchmark being 50-60%.

For individual benchmark performances check warcraft logs under damage dealt or healing done. https://www.warcraftlogs.com/guilds/165893

These percentile benchmarks can be found next to your character on the logs, on the left is a standard one and on the right is with ilvl also taken into account. The logs are skewed at the moment in places due to class balance changes, legendaries on some and not others etc so it will be used as a guide for us and not a marker set in stone.

Please remember, we are here to help you if required. If you can't hit these numbers consistently, talk to us. Do you need help? Something wrong in your rotation? We have already been very active in arranging Mythics. If you have fallen behind be vocal and people will help you.

Finally, from this week forwards, Legion flask, food (300+) and potions will be required for all progress nights. We won't be burning potions until we are making good progress on a boss but you will be expected to have them.

Now let’s go kick some ass! GO GO POWER RANGERS! WAAAAAAGGGGOOON!

MISSION STATEMENT
We aim to be a guild that provides players who have commitments outside of WOW the chance to complete the end-game content in a relaxed and friendly manner.

We do not punish people for being unable to play because of Work/family commitments and try and accommodate these where we can, while at the same time being focussed on steady progress through the end-game. In return, if you do raid with us we expect you: To give 100% in every raid you attend

To do as much preparation as you reasonably can To help out when we don’t have enough people - even after you have achieved your goals in a particular instance.

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS
- Start completing quests for 3rd relic slot
- You have 840+ item level
- Be prepared for the most viable spec for the first tier
- Level 13 in your OS artifact (if you are a tank/healer)

We have two different types of raids: Farm and Progression raids. For progression raids we will have to pick certain players based on class and performance, for farm raids we can be more relaxed and give more of you an opportunity to raid if you do not currently meet the progression benchmarks. Our ultimate goal is to take everyone with us for progression raids, but we have to make a viable raid too in the short term with limited frustration of wiping needlessly due to undergearing, or any issues relating to performance.

RAID RULES
- Sign up for raids, show up if signed up.
- Be on time for raids. If you're going to be late, let someone know
- Make sure your gear is upgraded/gemmed/enchanted
- Bring consumables and use them. You need enough flasks, pots and food so you have plenty to cover the entire evening. Unless we say otherwise you should be flasked from 21:00, have a food buff for every boss pull and use a pre-pot and second pot (assuming we don't wipe before the time to use the 2nd) including on farm bosses
- Prepare for raids. Keep up to date with the tactics. If you find useful videos, tips etc., share them so others can watch/read before the raid.
- We use Discord voice chat (Our server: https://discord.gg/H9tvsh9). Please log into Discord at invite time so we can use it to be organised ready for the raid start/any pre raid admin etc, and be on there until the end of the raid.
- Keep afking to a minimum. Ideally try to afk during the break, but if you need to at another time say something then go during trash so you don't slow down boss pulls or miss tactics/changes.
- Own your mistakes. We all make them. It's appreciated if you own up so we don't spend time trying to work out what went wrong. If someone points out a mistake, please try to take it in a constructive way
- Wipe quickly when the wipe is called so we can recover quickly and not waste too much time

RECOMMENDED RAID ADDONS
- Must have! Deadly Boss Mods or BigWigs for boss warnings, and Angry Assignments .
(specifically for healers) Raid CD tracker so you know when to pop your cooldown e.g. Ora3, Blood Legion Cooldown .. or the one built into Exorsus raid tools
- Optional: Get-out-of-shit alerter e.g. GTFO, and personal cooldown or spell alerters like Weakauras 2 or TellMeWhen

GENERAL
- For the first few months we will do world bosses weekly
- Completing WQ on most days (for AP and Rep)
- Artifact research and class order halls on MOST days if not all
- Completing as many mythics dungeons as possible every week and on higher keystones, and claiming the class order hall chest (given weekly on completion of keystone mythics help: https://worldofwarcraft.com/…/2027…/preview-mythic-keystones)
- Get your bonus roll coins, you should have 3 for the first week of raiding

- Falling behind/struggling to get gear you should either speak up or accept help. 840 should not be hard item level to achieve before the first heroic raid, and if anyone is unsure about how to do so we will help you out again.
- Logging on later than invite time without prior notice will possibly forfeit your chance for a raiding spot that night. Un-availabilities should be posted, as soon as you are aware of a potential problem. Due to us only having two raid days we try to dedicate as much time to progression as possible therefore content that we deem as "farm" is moved to off-days.
